The data we collect
We only collect the data we need to book your visits and follow up with you.
- Your account details: name, mobile number and date of birth.
- Your booking details: the clinic, service and time you chose.
- Your medical data: what the doctor records in your file during your care, such as examinations, results and prescriptions.
Privacy of your medical data
Your medical file is confidential. We never use it for advertising, and we never sell it or share it with anyone, unless you agree or the law requires it.
Who can see your file
Each person sees only what they need for their work, and every access is logged.

Payments and card details
Payments go through a licensed payment gateway. You enter your card details directly with them, and they are never stored with us.
Messages and notifications
We send you messages to confirm and remind you of appointments. When there's a new result or prescription, the message only says so, without any medical details; you see the details when you sign in to your portal.
Your rights
- See and update your details at any time from “My details” in your portal.
- Request a copy of your medical file.
- Ask us to close your account, subject to the legal retention period for medical records:To be confirmed
- Stop any marketing messages, without affecting your appointment messages.
